CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Underground Supervisor's to join our clients' operations in Kalgoorlie, WA. About the Role: We are seeking experienced and motivated Underground Shift Supervisors to join our project in Kalgoorlie, WA. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and productive underground operations while meeting project timelines and performance targets. You will be responsible for leading site crews, coordinating resources, and working closely with internal teams and the client to deliver quality outcomes and maximise project value. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and supervise underground crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards Support delivery of project schedules, milestones, and contractual commitments Coordinate the timely ordering of materials and hire equipment to avoid operational delays Proactively manage downtime by addressing resourcing, equipment, and material requirements Identify potential operational or financial risks and implement strategies to reduce exposure Complete daily shift reports, worksheets, and required project documentation Review drill plans and associated risk controls with the client to ensure agreed control measures and recovery strategies are in place Participate in regular meetings with internal stakeholders and site leadership Assist with updating project schedules and revenue forecasts in collaboration with the Project Manager Maintain awareness of project tender assumptions, including cost and resourcing expectations Manage site costs in line with the approved budget to achieve strong project outcomes Our Ideal Candidates: Minimum 5 years' experience in an Underground Supervisor role WA Underground Supervisor Certificate (essential) Current Dangerous Goods Security Card Competent in the operation of underground mining equipment Strong leadership capability with clear communication and delegation skills Well-developed planning and organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and allocate resources effectively Ability to read, interpret, and execute drill plans High-level interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Full Australian working rights Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance What's on Offer: Flights from anywhere in Australia, meals and accommodation are provided when on roster (House accommodation, not caravan) Permanent, full-time position with annual & Sick Leave Entitlements $95 to $100 per hour with Superannuation paid on all hours worked 2/2 FIFO roster A supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on safety and wellbeing How to Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in, please click APPLY , or get in touch with Mika from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688 , or send your resume to mika@celotti.com.au About Us: CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia.
